スープ、サラダ、オードブルにメインがハンギングテンダーステーキのセットです。
パンとライスが選べ、どちらも食べ放題ですが、ベーカリーレストランのサンマルクですので、当然パンをお願いします。
やはり焼きたてのパンは美味しい！種類も豊富でまんぞくです。
メインのお肉、ハンギングテンダーとは日本のいわゆるハラミのこと、かなりレアな状態で提供されるため、備え付けの焼き石で自分の好みにアレンジします。
レアのお肉、なかなかいけますね。これはワインが欲しくなり、赤のグラスをお願いします。
手頃な価格で満足度の高いサンマルクさん、若い頃から特別な日によく利用していた事をおもいだしました(^^)
