この日は家族でお昼です。
「ソロ ピッツァ ナポレターナ ダ ジェンナーロ 矢場店」に行って来ました。
自称「世界一のナポリピッツァ」のお店「チェザリ」の姉妹店です。
何故「世界一」か言うと、このお店を立ち上げた牧島昭成氏が、
ナポリピッツァ職人世界選手権で2010年にチャンピオンに輝いた事に由来します。
「世界一」は言い過ぎかも知れませんが、強ち「嘘」とも言い切れません。
お店に着いたのは13時半頃。
お昼時を過ぎた時間帯ですが、店舗には注文待ちの行列が出来ていました。
人気店で有る事は間違い無いですね。
このお店は注文して、代金を先に支払います。
レシートには番号が振られていて、
お料理が仕上がると、番号がアナウンスされる方式。
我が家の注文は下記の通り。
マルゲリータ エクストラ
プロシュット エ ルッコラ
プルチネッラ
サルシッチャ
仕上がったお料理は2階のイートインスペースで頂きました。
マルゲリータ エクストラは、世界選手権S.T.G.部門優勝ピッツァ。
水牛モッツァレラを使用したマルゲリータです。
プロシュット エ ルッコラは、特選の生ハムがたっぷり。
ルッコラの葉と生ハムがベストマッチです。
プルチネッラはトリュフが香る、ポルチーニ茸を使った贅沢ピッツァ。
このお店のオリジナルで、前述の2つとは方向性が異なったお味で楽しいですね。
サルシッチャは東京の名店「パンカレッラジョイア」の生ソーセージの薪窯焼き。
皮はパリパリに焼かれて、中はジューシーでした。
満足の行くお昼でしたね。
特にピッツァは生地が美味しかったです。
