会社の懇親会で訪問しました。
ご主人一人のオペレーションで大変そうですが、要領が良く、ジャンジャン料理が提供されます。
最初の半熟玉子サラダはボリューム満点。
次のお刺身、仕入れに工夫がされているのか、いつも質・量共に満足感が高いです。ぶつ切りマグロ・薄切り鰤・脂の乗ったシメサバ、鮮度高く旨いです。
手羽の揚げ焼きは味がしっかりして、外はカリッと、中はジューシー。
鰤かま煮付けは、ふわふわで脂の乗りも良く素晴らしかった！
土手煮込みも柔らかく、アルコールのあてにはピッタリ。
塩味がしっかりした串カツは、味噌ソース味とペアで出されますがこれも美味しい。
烏賊の煮込みは味が良く染みて箸で切り離せる柔らかさ。
飲み放題付きで4000円は凄いコスパです。お任せコースの内容がいつもほぼ同じなのは少し残念ですが、どの料理も安定の美味しさ。
