久しぶりにあそこに行こう！と思ってたお店がお休みでした。ふらふらと彷徨っていると、「どて・串かつ」と書いた看板を発見しました。
名古屋〜名古屋〜そんなイメージです。
どて丼、とんかつうどん定食、いざ二択！
うーん、とんかつ！ご飯まで甘辛い味噌まみれなのは途中で飽きる予感がしたから。食べてないから未知数ですけどね。
お母さんが近所のスーパーで買ってきた豚肉を豚カツにしてくれて、ソースはあれをかけて、うどん売り場から買ってきたうどんであの麺つゆ。とんかつは薄めでカリカリ！
そんな感じの家庭的な安定感でした。お姉さんの笑顔が眩しかったです。
