東新町と瓦町交差点の中間にある中華料理店です。
表の看板にスペアリブのメニューがあったので入店してみました。営業時間はなんと24時間だそうです。
入店してびっくり、入り口にいろいろな部位の肉が展示されててます。
しかも中国語表記なので全く分からないものが多かったです。
店内は中国語があふれかえっていて、客層も中国の方が中心、店内の壁には一面中国語の新聞が！
この雰囲気いきなり中国本土にワープした感覚です。
軽いアウェイ感すら覚えたのですが、テレビの中国語番組がSNH48になって少し安心しました 笑
メニューですが日本語は併記してありますが、全く聞いたことがない部位や狗肉の料理まで発見！日本語では栄養肉と訳されてますがアレですよね...、興味のある方はググって下さい 汗
とりあえずスペアリブの甘酢炒め1180円税込、羊肉大串200円税込、牛アキレス200円税込をオーダー。
ハイボールは390円税込とリーズナブルです。
お通しはひまわりの種殻付きとピーナッツ、これも本場感覚ですね。
スペアリブは揚げたスペアリブに甘酢が絡んですごく美味しかったです。
羊肉大串は200円にしてはボリュームたっぷりでスパイスきいていてハイボールに超合います。
牛アキレスはほろほろと崩れる繊維質的な食感がすごく美味しかったです。
いろいろ衝撃的なお店でしたが、本場の料理を楽しめました。今度職場の中国出身の同僚と来ようー！
