味噌串かつは、じゅわっと味噌だれが滲みていて、それなのに衣のサクッと感が残ってて、、感動！
どて煮豆腐は、どて煮がしみしみホロホロですっごく美味しい〜♪
子持ち昆布の串揚げ、珍しくって頼んでしまった！
ニシンの卵らしくて、ぷちぷちコリコリ！楽しい歯応え♪
おでんの大根もロールキャベツも、お箸でほろっと切れるくらい、しみしみで優しい〜。
