私は太っている。世の中は糖質制限ブームで私も以前は挑戦して8kg痩せたという経験がある。しかし、それはあっという間にリバウンドし、現在では18kg太ってしまったのだ。つまり、糖質というのはデブには天敵の食べ物なのだ。しかし、肉や魚ばかり食べていると炭水化物の美味しさは、肉以上だということが分かる。そんな訳で、というか？家内が昼御飯用にたこ焼きと焼きそばとお好み焼きを買ってきた。つまり、炭水化物三重奏だ。しかし、炭水化物ばかり買ってくるという家内の神経もどうかしている。まあ、美味しいんだど。強いて難点を言うとたこ焼きはデカすぎてあまり美味しくなかった。
