In Nagoya, I had lunch at a restaurant facing Hisaya Odori Park. Judging from the store name, I guess it's an Italian Cuisine restaurant? However...the menu doesn't look like an Italian Cuisine lunch, with everything from beef tendon curry to fried Oyster to ginger-grilled pork. In such a situation, I chose a relatively Italian Cuisine-style Hamburg gratin. Would you like a large serving of rice? I felt strange when I heard this, but when it was offered to me, I realized... Gratin with rice...? When I actually put my fork into the gratin, I realized that it was actually Hamburg gratin, or rather a gratin Hamburg... Since the main dish was Hamburg it came with rice...for a moment, I thought it was a double carb set with Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and rice. Hamburg Hamburg inside the gratin is delicious even on its own. It was delicious served on the rice with white sauce and cheese. Anyway, this is just my preconception, but I was surprised that there was no pasta lunch.
