名古屋ナイトは焼き鳥屋さんをチョイス。数あるお店の中より、こちらを予約しておきました。まずは生ビールで乾杯( ＾∀＾) こちらの生ビールはエビスビール♪
この日も予約で満席の模様。メニューの中から気になった串を注文。仔羊はとてもジューシーで柔らかく、臭みも全くありません。つくねもフワッとした口あたりで好みでした。
コーチンねぎまは美味しかったですが、コーチンってこんなに柔らかかった？と思いながら食べてました。名古屋コーチン＝歯ごたえがある、という勝手なイメージがあったので。
ささみの霜降りは肉厚しっとりで◎。アボカド肉巻きはアボカドがふっくらしていました。アボカドって焼いたらこんな食感になるんですね♪ その他、ぼんじり、せせり、たけのこ串をいただきました。
たけのこは揚げられていて、和風な餡がかけられていました。ボリュームもあり、こちらも美味しいひと串でした( ＾∀＾) 開店直後に訪問しましたが、食べたかったちょうちんはすでに品切れ。。
団体さんが入っていたのもあるようですが、その後も早くも品切れになっているメニューが多々ありました。あと、目の前にいらした男性の店員さん、終始、具合が悪いのかな？と思うような辛そうな表情。。
テキパキな女性の店員さんがカバーされていました。その他、色々と気になる場面もあり、こちらは2杯で終了。ごちそうさまです。
