昨日は私の歯科医院の代診の先生の結婚式と披露宴が名古屋東急ホテルで行われた。私は新郎側の主賓で最初のスピーチをするという大役があり、数ヶ月前から何を話すか考えていて非常に緊張していた。披露宴に先立ち一階で結婚式が行われたが、そこでのホテルスタッフの動きの素晴らしさには感嘆した！まさにプロ！全員が端正で綺麗で素早い動きだ！結婚式が終わり、集合写真の撮影が終わり、控え室で披露宴会場のオープンを待っていたが、緊張を解きほぐそうと、キールとウイスキーを飲み過ぎ、私の主賓の挨拶は少々難解な話をしてしまった。ただ、一番早くスピーチが終わり、寛いで食事をいただくことが出来た。うん、ここの宴会料理のグレードはずば抜けて素晴らしい！ここでもホテルの実力の素晴らしさを再確認することとなった。
