愛知県名古屋市東区泉の成田久屋ビル 1Fにある手打ちそば 大石にお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 桜通線・名城線 久屋大通駅の1B出口から徒歩約2分、名古屋市営地下鉄 桜通線 高岳駅の1番出口から徒歩約2分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。駐車場はありませんが、近くにはコインパーキングがあるので、自動車でのアクセスも便利です。店内は明るく綺麗で、落ち着いた雰囲気です。座席は23席で、カウンター席、テーブル席、テーブル半個室があります。
今回はランチメニューの親子丼ランチ（1350円）をいただきました。内容は、親子丼、せいろ、小付けです。せいろはさっぱりとした喉ごしです。親子丼は味付けがほどよくて、とても美味しかったです。
手打ちそば 大石は香り、喉ごし、歯切れの三拍子そろった手打ち蕎麦と一品料理を提供しています。二種の蕎麦を打っていて。季節に応じて仕入先を変えブレンドした蕎麦粉で打つ二八蕎麦と殻つきのそばの実を挽いた蕎麦粉で打つ玄挽き蕎麦があります。相盛りも可能で、二種の蕎麦の異なる風味を楽しむことができます。貸切も可能なので、幅広いシーンで利用できると思います。
