今夜は栄のカプセルサウナにステイ！

フィンランドサウナと休憩を繰り返すのね！
たまにフィンランドからのラップランドへ直行！
膝上くらいまでなら入れるぞ！
全身にキーンと冷気が走るマイナス20度の世界！
毛細血管やリンパをギュッと押し出します！
ちなみにアウフグースは3セット！
熱風でカラダの芯から燃え上がる〜♪
今夜はグッスリと寝られそうですな！
さて、翌朝！
朝もアウフグースを1セット！
完全にととのった腹ペコアシカは朝食をいただきます！
では、いきます！
ウェルビー栄の朝食！
食券を渡して配膳される和定食！
ご飯と味噌汁！
鯖塩焼き！
明太子！
納豆！
焼売！
中華春雨！
海苔！
キャベツサラダ！
無料の朝食だけどなかなかのボリュームです！
お味はそれなりでもこの内容はうれしいですね！
そして味噌汁は珍しく赤だしじゃなくて合わせ味噌！

朝から腹パンになっちゃいます！
そして、後日！
ドイツで開催されたアウフグース世界大会で、
世界一の称号を手にすることができたんだって！
もちろん日本大会も1位2冠達成！
サウナの評価は5つ星ですぞ！
もしかしたらアシカも世界一のアウフグースを
体感してたかもしれないですね！
