土曜13時頃訪問。
店内は、カウンター5席、2人掛けテーブル6卓、4人掛けテーブル2卓で、暗めの照明でダイニングバーのような雰囲気。
先客はなし。
ランチメニューは10種類ある。
おすすめと書いてあるうおひろランチを注文。
フライはお好みで2種類選択できるので、エビフライ、とろサーモンフライを選択。
10分ほどで提供。
ハンバーグ、エビフライ、とろサーモンフライ、ポテトサラダ、サラダ、グラタン、ご飯、味噌汁のセット。
エビフライととろサーモンフライは、衣がサクサクしている。エビはプリッとして旨みがある。タルタルソースは、刻んだ野菜が入っていて程よく酸味もある。
ハンバーグは、外が硬めで中はミディアムレアでふっくらと柔らかく、肉の旨みがある。
味噌汁は、ネギのみだけど、エビやカニの出汁が効いている。
グラタンは、熱々で鶏肉、マカロニ、ほうれん草が入っていて、クリームの旨みと甘みが美味しい。
