この日は昼に「麺屋はなび本店」ですり鉢に入った麺500gの台湾まぜそばをいただくもまだ満足できず(笑)
再びまぜそばを求めて夜な夜な出かけたのは名古屋の繁華街栄・錦エリアです。

自社工場で手間ひまを惜しまずに旨味を引き出したスープとタレを使用。
台湾まぜそばは丁寧に仕込んだモチモチの全粒粉極太麺になります。
タレは干しエビ・ホタテなどが効いた塩ベースでちょっと甘味があるのが特徴です★
