名古屋三越栄店の地下１階に入っているテイクアウト中華惣菜のお店、休日の午後に利用してみました。
コチラでは餃子や焼売、麻婆豆腐、エビチリといった一品料理に中華丼や天津飯などのご飯ものなどなどいろんな種類の商品が並んでいます。
その中から購入したのは焼売、焼売は旨みたっぷり大焼売とごろっと海老焼売の２種類あったのですが、その両方が楽しめるセットがあったのでそれをチョイス、旨みたっぷり大焼売はふっくらと柔らかな食感の焼売、鹿児島県産の豚もも肉を使用しているということでそのお肉の甘みも感じられます。
一方のごろっと海老焼売の方はトップに乗っている海老だけでなく中のあんにも海老が入っています。海老のぷりっとした食感と風味がしっかりと感じられますね、どちらも美味しかったです。
