創業40周年で、4月30日までフグの特別コースがあると聞いて、｢玄品 名古屋錦本町店｣に行きました。
土曜日の夜だったので、混雑しているかと思いましたが、コロナの影響なのか、お客さんは少なかったです。
春のスペシャルコースとヒレ酒をオーダーしました。コースはてっさ(湯引き付)、彩り唐揚げ、春のてっちり、〆の雑炊、デザートの5品でした。
てっさは厚めのフグ刺しが美味しく頂けました。
唐揚げはアラレの衣の唐揚げが入っていて、彩りも綺麗でした。てっちりはフグが4切れと春の野菜が入って美味しく頂けました。
一緒に頂いたヒレ酒もフグの出汁がでて美味しくて、飲みすぎてしまいました。
全体的に上品なフグのコースでした。
