ふぐ料理だと思っていた玄品で、鰻重ランチが始まってましたので、早速覗いてみました。
入店から退店まで貸し切りでした。
名古屋栄錦の真ん中に位置します。
鰻重ランチは
梅（うなぎ約８５グラム）１５００円
竹（うなき約１４０グラム）１９８０円
松（うなぎ約２１０グラム）２５００円
梅をオーダーしました。
ふぐのお澄ましは、ふぐのあらが入ってます。
なんとなくお得感があります。
白菜サラダは、昆布とポン酢が効いて美味しいです。
鰻重は、うなぎが、出来合いっぽいのは、想定内として、お米が炊きたてではなくて、許容範囲を遥かに下回っていたのが残念。
テーブルチェック時に、お料理の感想を求められた際、他に客が居なかった事もあり、お米の件は忌憚のない意見を述べましたが、改善するとのことだったので、今は改善されている可能性が高いと思います。
