平日の11時過ぎに訪問。店内は先客がなく土日に流行っている風景とは違い落ち着いた雰囲気。店内も好きな場所に座れます。今回は2回の窓近くのテーブルに座りゆっくりとくつろぎました。注文したのは注文概要の通りです。
・プアオーバーR（コロンビア＋ハリオ）（税込 540円）評価＝◯
コーヒーの注文は豆と淹れ方を選ぶことが出来ます。自分の好みに合わせて、苦味が控えめで酸味がしっかりと味わえるものを相談し、店員さんがおすすめしてくれたコロンビアを、淹れ方も酸味をしっかりと抽出するために適したハリオを選択しました。こちらも店員さんのおすすめです。
味わいは、淹れたてなので香りが芳ばしく、温かいままでもしっかりと酸味を味わうことが出来ました。苦味は抑えめで嫌味がない、ちょうど良いバランスです。雰囲気も合わせて、ゆっくりと楽しめました。
量については、写真で見て頂いて分かるように、レギュラーでも十分な量を頂くことができます。
デザートも豆花とか美味しそうなものが沢山あるので、今度は試してみたいと思います。
