This is a kushikatsu restaurant located on the basement floor of a building in the Women's University district of Sakae's downtown area.I tried it out on a weekday night. The interior of the restaurant has eight counter seats and table seats, giving it a somewhat snack-like atmosphere. I entered the place a little before 8pm, and there were only two other customers. The menu includes various types of kushikatsu and miso oden, as well as Fried food such as chicken chicken dish Tempura, fried chicken wings, fried gizzard, and chicken nanban, as well as Meat Dishes dishes such as Matsusaka pork steak and Matsusaka pork kakuni. There are side dishes such as Taiwanese Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), Taiwanese mixed noodles, Pork bowl, and TKMG (egg kimchi miso rice). First of all, there was a drink set for 980 yen excluding tax, which was available until 8:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and included one drink, three Fried Skewers, two miso oden, and cabbage with salt sauce, so I ordered that. The miso is a blend of two types of konjac and two types of miso, Hatcho miso and red miso, and bonito flakes are added to it.The taste of this miso is great. It soaks into the seeds well and is rich, yet delicious. It's delicious without being boring. There are three types of Fried Skewers: kushikatsu, cheese, and lotus root. The crispy and light texture of the batter is my favorite, and the moderately fatty meat of the kushikatsu is also good. I also ordered several Fried Skewers, chikuwa salad, pork kimchi, etc. The chikuwa salad is chikuwa Tempura stuffed with potato salad. Like the kushikatsu, the Tempura had a crunchy batter that I liked, and it went really well with the potato salad, making it a perfect snack. Although it was a bit difficult to enter considering the fact that it was in the basement of a multi-tenant building and the door at the entrance, it was a completely normal atmosphere. It was quite good and I would like to visit you again if I have a chance. Thank you for the meal.
