巷で流行りの ふわり食感のレア加減な焼き鳥とは違って 昭和スタイルの焼き鳥でキレキレです。
万亀・千亀よりも 若干 空いている確率があるので金曜 19時という the 夕食時の突然訪問にチャレンジしてみました。運良く ラスト席の確保に成功。やったぜ(´▽｀)/
焼き鳥の中で１番好きな部位 「ちょうちん (卵の形になる前の卵黄)」からスタート。1本が鶏1羽という貴重な食材なので 感謝していただきます。卵黄を1粒 口の中に入れてつぶすとトロッとした卵黄が溢れて幸せ。自身は この卵黄部分が「レア」だと 「あ、残念」ってなるww。「ひも」部分のコリコリ具合もスコ!
特徴のある食べ方として オススメ「トマト」
甘いフルーツトマトをよく焼きで焼いて 半分食べて からの 「塩」「オリーブオイル」をかけてもらって食べるw 2パターン味変!
あとは 定番でうまい串の写真貼ってく。
