地下鉄栄駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所に２０１７年３月１日にオープンした焼肉店です、阿久比にある人気焼肉店の姉妹店ということみたいですね。さっそく平日の夜にお邪魔してみました。店内は１階にカウンターとテーブル席、２階にはテーブルと個室席があって席数はかなり多いですね、雰囲気もすごくオシャレな感じです。１９時ころに入ったところほかにお客さんは１組でしたが予約もたくさん入っていたみたいでその後は続々とお客さんが入店、結構な賑わいになっていましたが席にはまだまだ余裕がありました。
お肉は国産黒毛和牛の雌牛を一頭買いしているということ、上州和牛というあまりメジャーでないブランドですがそこに新たな可能性を見いだそうとしているみたいです、値段はホルモン系が６５０円から、お肉の方はほとんどが１０００円オーバーと安くはないですがその分しっかりと量がある感じなので割高感はありません。お肉以外にもワインのお供としてアヒージョやチーズ盛り合わせなども少しだけありました。
いただいたのは霜降りの特上、焼きしゃぶロース、トロテッチャンなど、まずは霜降り、赤身もそうなんですがサーロインやシャトーブリアンなどの高級な部位やホルモン系を除いてメニューには細かい部位の明記はなく「霜降り」や「赤身」というざっくりとした表記なんですね、その日のオススメの部位が出てくるような感じなんでしょうか、どこの部位か気になったので聞いてみましたがソトバラとササミの間の部分ということ、聞いてもよく分かりませんでした（笑）
でもものすごく柔らかくて脂も甘くてすごく美味しいお肉でした。トロテッチャンは６８０円と比較的リーズナブルな値段、でもしっかりと量があります。大ぶりでぷりぷりの甘い脂が最高です。
オーダーミスがあったなど若干スタッフの方の不慣れな面も見受けられましたがこの辺はまあまだ新しい店ですからね。今回は頼めなかったですがユッケなどもウリのようですね、次回お邪魔したときにはその辺もいただいてみたいです、ごちそうさまでした。
