荒畑で台湾もつ鍋が有名な仁が栄に登場。
荒畑だと知人・友人を誘って食べに行くのに不便で、BMしたまま行けなかったが、栄なら誘いやすくて便利だ。
立飲みのやまびこ、焼肉くまちゃんなどが出来て活気が出来た小路に仁が出来てより一層賑わいがあるエリアになっていた。
念願の台湾もつ鍋を醤油味でオーダー。
からさは極極でお願いしたらかなり辛いのでやめた方がいいと制止された。同行者が辛いのが得意でない2人なのでやむなく極に変更。
登場したビジュアルは期待どうりのこんもりとした台湾ひき肉とニラと野菜がこんもりした鍋。食べ頃になるまで店員さんが面倒を見てくれる。
もつは2種類(上ホルモン、てっちゃん)が入っており、柔らかくて甘みがとてもあり脂でジューシーな上ホルモンと歯ざわりがサクサクしたてっちゃん。
こんもり野菜がしんなりしたが、ボリュームは満点で味わいも期待どうり。辛さはスープを啜れば不覚にも喉にカプサイシンの刺激が豪快に襲いかかり咽せまくる。辛いの大好きと豪語した割には恥ずかしい姿です。
しかし、辛さが強いわけでなく咽せる成分が強いだけで野菜とスープと肉味噌は味が濃かったり、しょっぱかったりする訳ではない。
辛いのがダメだと行っていた2人は普通に食べていた。。。
追加で豆腐、肉肉盛り(豚バラ肉、ホルモン2種)、台湾ミンチを追加して〆はラーメン。
お店の人にラーメンを頼んでから「ラーメンと雑炊はどちらが好きですか？」と聞けば、自分はラーメンを食べてから雑炊を食べるとの事。
ラーメンを入れた後はスープに甘みが染み出してそれを吸った雑炊が美味しいのだと聞いた。早く聞いておけばよかったがもう腹パンパン。
お店を出て気づいたのはニンニクの匂いが強烈だという事。スタミナ抜群な鍋だからそれだけニンニクが大量に入っているのだろう。
真夏に汗ダラダラ掻きながら食べる。
仁のもつ鍋、とても美味しかった。
