訪問の夜にたまたま「令和の虎」を視聴すると偶然「田中仁」の回でした。
中華麺を使用することで差別化を図っているそうだ。
予約なしで平日に訪問。
ｽﾑｰｽﾞに入店でき、ひとまず安心。
鍋ﾒﾆｭｰは基本2名様からとなる。
店員さんに相談すると1名様でご準備いただき、無事注文を終える。
元祖台湾もつ鍋
辛さは「極」で注文、程よい辛さです。
ﾎﾙﾓﾝのﾀｲﾌﾟ(硬い)と具材の少なさが残念。
ﾄｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞありきかもしれませんね。
〆の麺とｽｰﾌﾟは美味しいと感じた。
発酵にんにくﾎﾙﾓﾝも気になるところ。
ただ、全体のﾎﾞﾘｭｰﾑとしては価格の割に物足りない感が・・・。
突き出しも残念なｸｳｫﾘﾃｨｰでした。
