最近ではマカロンをあまり食べなくなりましたが、
それでも、1年に1～2回程たま～に食べることがあります。
ピエールエルメのマカロンは、私の好きなマカロンのひとつ。

多分カシス系…？
アンフィニマンシトロン
特に好きなのはショコラとシトロン。
ピエ部分が美しく流石の仕上がりですし、見た目も可愛い。
外側がサクッとしているが、噛んでいくうちにモチッと変わっていく。
やっぱり他のマカロンとは違うな～としみじみ♡
