めちゃ美味しかったのが『豚バラえのき巻き』！
シャッキシャキのえのきにパリッとジューシーな豚バラ
えのきが豚の脂吸って、噛めば噛むほど美味しいやーつ。
次に『おばんざい3種盛り』を注文！
この日は里芋の煮付け、いくらおろし、茄子の揚げ浸し！
茄子の揚げ浸しはお出汁しみしみ〜
ほっこりする味付けでめちゃお酒に合う、、、
『低温レバ刺し』はしっとりねっとり鶏レバー
臭みなくてめちゃくちゃ美味しかった〜！！
豚バラえのきもそうだけど
ここのお店さん、串焼きのバラエティ豊富過ぎた。
『ぶりの柚子塩焼き』
もう名前からして美味しそう過ぎん？
柚子塩だけじゃなくしっかり柚子皮も乗ってていい香り
ぶりもすごいしっとりしてて
これは日本酒に合いそうなメニューだった、、
突き出しはごま豆腐！
もちっとしてて餡もお出汁効いてて美味しかった〜
メニューは創作のお料理が多くて
どれ食べようかめちゃ悩んじゃうくらい
魅力的なメニューが多すぎた
お席はテーブル席とカウンター席があります。
店員さんも優しい方だったし、すごい居心地のいいお店☺️
