外からは少しわかりにくいですが、マンションの１階にある「おぜさん」に初訪店。
席数はテーブル、カウンター合わせて20〜30といった感じの、落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
カウンター前では大将が鉄板焼きを調理しています。
揚げ物は油を使わず調理をしているそうです。
身体に優しい調理ですが、食感が少し落ちます。
出汁巻は一枚ずつしっかり焦げ目をつけて見た目綺麗です。
お好み焼きはかなりフワフワで箸で取ろうとすると崩れてしまう事もあります。
タンは厚めのものを焼いてから薄くカットされて提供されます。
全体的に味は美味しいです。
お店の雰囲気も良い感じです。
カジュアルに使う感じの鉄板焼き屋さんといった感じでした。
