1）ウニのカッペリーニ
2）サザエのオーブン焼き
中身を一度出して出汁で煮てあるので柔らかく肝と絡み合わせているのでとても美味しいです。
3）クロアワヒとなす
4）ウナギ
5）アマゴとパスタ、からすみパウダーをかけています
6）蓬莱牛のヒレ、とても柔らかくて美味しい
7）デザートはシェフオリジナルのティラミスもしくはマスカルポーネの選択
本当に食材を生かした料理でした。
ペアリングでお願いしたワイン＆ノンアルコールワインも食材によく合って満足でした。
