今回ランチタイムに予約。錦のキラキラ鏡のようなビルの中にあるお店を入ると、外国かと感じさせるような雰囲気の店内。オープンなキッチンにシェフが丁寧に挨拶。店員さんのお方はイタリア？の方？シェフと店員さんのイタリア語？も飛び交う。
自家製トマト生パスタを注文。サラダは葉っぱが数枚。でも何故かおしゃれに見えてドレッシングも美味しい。パスタもとっても美味しかった。本番のイタリアで修業されたシェフの味を、是非ここ錦で。
