馴染みの玄水に行くといつも気になってた
同じビルの４階にある隠れ家的イタリアンに
休日ランチで予約を入れて行ってきました。
エレベーターを降りるといきなりお店ですが
店内は広々としたオシャレモダンな雰囲気。
イタリアで11年修行したシェフがやっており
奥さんはすごく感じのいいイタリア人です。
此方のパスタは全て自家製にこだわっており
トリビーからアラビアータを大盛りで注文。

唐辛子とニンニクが効いた濃厚でコクのある
トマトソースにもちもちの自家製生パスタが
抜群に絡んでめっちゃ美味しいです！！！
自家製パンに食後のコーヒーまで素晴らしく
イタリアマダムの優しい接客も最高でした。
また機会があれば再訪したいと思います。
