I came here because I couldn't forget the thick Cow tongue I had in Sendai! ! As the reputation suggests, all of Cow tongue were thick, chewy, and delicious! I'm drooling just thinking about it (^.^) I ordered a lot, but the ones that stood out to me were the Shin Tongue Salt, Negitan Salt, Roasted King Nankotsu.❣️ I ended up getting a second helping of each tongue♡ King Nankotsu changed the concept of cartilage. I did it! Although the meat itself is thin, it's crunchy! You'll be surprised and become addicted to it (≧∀≦) I booked a private room this time. It was smaller than it looked in the photo, and I thought the kids could sit on the floor and play, so I brought a lot of toys with them, but there were partitions, so that wasn't possible at all. You will never forget the thickness and deliciousness of Cow tongue! I will definitely go again! ! Thank you for the meal! ! ! The concept of something will change!
