名古屋在住の友人とこちらへ訪問。
とってもぴっかぴっかで手入れが行き届いた鉄板に店内。こういうのって、気持ちいい。
そして、トイレのアメニティには、めがねクリーナーまでビックリ！
さてさてお食事。
友人がコースで予約してくれていました。
どれも美味しかったー！
まずはカジキのマリネ。
カジキが美味しかったのはもちろんオレンジのソースが美味しい。
私は、大好きな味(o^^o)でした。
イカのクレープのような中にはカポナータが！
キャビアも添えられていて、これまた美味しい。
カジキの香草パン粉焼き
パサつきがちな印象だけど、凝縮されていて
ワインとの相性抜群^_^
名古屋コーチンが詰まったパスタにトリュフ！
コレは、今年1番美味しかった。
松坂牛ステーキ
ニンニク醤油とお塩が私は好み。
そして、デザートはかき氷！
マンゴーとクリームチーズのソース。
鉄板だけでなかったのは、イタリアンのシェフが
最近いらっしゃったようです。
なんと！！こちらのシェフ
ミシュランの星をとられたお方との事。
道理で納得の美味しさと斬新さ。
しかし、こんな鉄板のお店は初めて★
どのお料理もワインが最高に合いました。
お料理はもちろん、ワインもステキなワインばかり。
楽しい美味しい時間でした。

衛生対策は、きっちりされていらっしゃいました。
他のお客様と距離を空けて設定されていましたので安心して食事できました。
