漁師さんに1番美味しく食べれる
作り方を教わったそうで
全く臭みを感じずさっぱり。
小粒で可愛いホタルイカは
”アオサとイカスミ”のソースで。
この海の香りたっぷりのソースが
美味しくてびっくりしました。
焼き鯖は脂が乗っていて
身がふっくら。
酸味のあるバルサミコと
刻まれた野菜のソースで
味をさっぱりと引き締めて。
薄切りのラム肉が巻かれていたのは
”オカヒジキ”という野草。
