久屋大通にあるイタリアン【Lilla （リッラ】
三重県直送の魚介類や有機・無農薬野菜など、厳選食材を生かした滋味豊かな料理の数々。
Lilla（リッラ）とはイタリア語で『ライラック』を意味します。
本来ライラックの花びらは4枚ですが、ごく稀に5枚花びらを咲かせるそうで見つけた人は『幸せ』になれると言われています。
私達の料理と、この場所を通してどんな日も『幸運のライラック』のような特別な時間で満たしたい。
そんな想いを込めて。
オーナーシェフの奥村洋右さん。20代で料理の道に入り、和食店や、名古屋、岐阜、三重などのイタリア料理店で腕を磨いた後、自身が40歳になる区切りの年・2019年5月に独立開業されました。今年のイタリアン百名店に選出されました。

【キハダマグロ 帆立 インサラータ】
岐阜のキハダマグロをタルタルにして、赤パプリカのソース、イタリアのガルム（魚醤とセロリを合わせたもの）、バジルを練り込んだ緑のリゾーニ、グリーンアスパラガス、唐墨を削って。
【黒鯛 カンパニョーラ】
三重の黒鯛になすのペースト、カンパニョーラソース（きゅうり、枝豆、赤玉ねぎ、とうもろこし、赤ワインビネガー）を゙合わせて。もう少し、魚は皮目パリッとさせた方が好きかな。
【鮎 タリオリーニ】
岐阜の鮎とズッキーニを鮎の肝ソースと合わせ、タリオリーニに絡めて。肝の苦味を最大限に活かしたソース。鮎の肝を使うというシェフの自信作。鮎の肝が好きだから、美味しくいただきました。
【神戸ポーク ロースト】
ポークはしっとりと火入れして、粒マスタードソースと。付け合せには、ひげ付きのヤングコーンのグリル、ジューシーな蕪・あやめ雪のロースト。
【宮崎マンゴーティラミス】
マスカルポーネチーズのクリームにジェノワーズスポンジケーキを何層にも重ねて、宮崎の熟して甘いマンゴーをたっぷりと。ショートケーキを思わせる、甘くて優しい仕上がりです。
