オープンして間もない店ですがホルモン食べることをオススメします！
錦に本店を持つ北海道から直送の肉を使う「焼肉 ぼんず」さんに行ってきました。
遅い仕事帰りで少し罪悪感がありましたが1人焼肉歓迎と書いてあり、つられて入店しました。
店内はオープンしたばかりからか非常に活気があります。気持ちの良いものです。
カウンターに座ると荷物は臭いが付かないように袋に入れて下さります。有難い。
ちなみに紙エプロンも聞いてくださるなどオプションは豊富です。
席に着くとロースターを持ってきて下さりロースターも付いているので煙は上がりません。
ちなみに1人だからか利き手に合わせて置いて下さりました。
ドリンクはレモンサワー、チンチロをオーダーし見事サイコロで奇数を出し半額に！
肉はトロホルモン、ハツ、特選レバー、シマチョウをオーダーしました。
特選レバーはレバーの臭みはほとんどなくレバーも推してるだけはあります。ごま油と共に。
今回頂いた中でも良かったトロホルモンとシマチョウはどちらもプリプリと食感が良く比較的にお手頃に頂けます。
タレが普通のタレと味噌ダレの2種類があるのでお好みで楽しめます。
開店したばかりで皆さんが勉強しながら動いていますがそこはご愛嬌です。
接客はフレンドリーで1人だったので気さくに話しかけて下さりました。
意外と焼肉激戦区のこのエリアで頑張って頂きたいです。ホルモンオススメです！
