【2023.11.22 初訪】
本日は、名古屋市中区栄のもつ鍋田しゅう 名古屋店さんで、コースメニュー”もつ鍋特選コース(味噌)+飲み放題(¥5500-税込)“を頂きました。
プリプリの食べ易い大きさにカットされた新鮮な和牛もつと、キャベツやもやし、ニラ、豆腐がグツグツと味噌スープで煮込まれていて、味が滲みてハフハフ旨々でございます。
前菜が「チョレギサラダ」「青しそ風味の明太子」「カリカリきゅうり」「白菜キムチ」「牛の酢もつ」「牛ほほ肉の甘煮」と種類が豊富で、量はそれ程でもありませんが、お酒が進んで堪りませんな。
途中に、追加の「もつ」と「野菜」が予めセットされていて、お得感がございます。
〆には太縮れ麺が付いていて、もつや野菜の旨味が滲み出たスープで頂きますと、そのコシと嚙み心地とスープ絡みで極上の〆ラーメンとなっております。
デザートは、「田しゅうのアイスもなか(黒蜜きな粉)」で、さっぱりとした甘みで口腔内をクールダウンしてくれました。
飲み放題(90分)が終了しても退席を促される事も無く、心行くまで旧友達との歓談が続きました。
