I trained at Ajisen (Meieki store). We are pursuing a variety of Taiwanese Ramen using Ajisen's secret Taiwanese minced meat. There are two types of chicken bones: hand-mixed and fully emulsified. The pork that has been crushed into pieces is the family's pork bones. We have a limited number of new cups, but we have a rich beef bone that has been crushed into powder and boiled down to its marrow. I also like sesame seeds, so I turned my Taiwanese Ramen into Dandan noodles! Flavor, spiciness, numbness, and texture! We are working on each one! Of course, the homemade Ramen that is not spicy is also popular. This is made with chicken broth and pork bones. We offer a wide variety of side menus, including the classic kobukuro with spicy dressing, stewed chicken chicken dish, Taiwanese sweet and sour pork, and more. So it's a perfect way to finish off your drinking! You can also get in on the flow of people from Nagoya who love Ajisen! Delivery and takeaway are also available. Even just one item is fine. Noodles are available in pouched soup, so you can enjoy them even after a while. Credit cards and various electronic money are also accepted. |

夜の予定がなくなり、こちらを検索して訪問。
錦のハズレにある感じですね。
夜7時過ぎに訪問。カウンターのみの店内は先客、後客なし。
台湾ラーメン（辛さデフォ、指定なし）、ライスを注文。
台湾ラーメンが¥1,100、ライスは¥250。合わせて¥1,350。少し高いかなぁと感じながらも注文。
台湾ラーメンは普段自宅近く（西東京）で頂くそれよりも
量は少なく、アッサリしており、自分の好みとは少し外れました。
名古屋の他の台湾ラーメンとも少し違い、少々がっかり感が...
辛さはかなりでした。イタリアン（辛め）にしたら食べられる自信なしです。
ライスは普通で、これで¥250かぁという感想。
全体的に低めの感想になってしまいました。残念。
