This time we are going on a tour of international cuisine. The place I went to was ``Kamijomon''. This is a Chinese restaurant that mainly serves Hot pot. Many of the Chinese restaurants in this area cater to locals, so I decided to give it a try. The location is on the 1st floor of a building near Ikeda Park. The entrance is on the east side of the building. The signboard is flashy, so you can easily spot it when you get close. Open the door, go down to the basement and enter the store. The main menu is Hot pot, but there are also a la carte dishes and something like a Hot pot for one person called Mautuai. Although I was curious about the hotpot style, I ordered two individual dishes: Kuchisui chicken (580 yen) and special spicy noodles (480 yen). ◯Cooking/Taste: Cheap, moderate amount, perfect for eating alone. The taste was also good. The mouth water chicken was so good that I wanted to repeat it.・Kuchizui chicken A dish eaten with boiled chicken mixed with spicy sauce. This is what we call drooling chicken in Japan. The meat is moist and tender. When I ate the sauce, I was surprised to find that it wasn't very spicy, but rather had a sweet, sesame-like mellowness and richness. This sauce is delicious. I think it would be perfect served over rice or mixed with plain noodles.・Special spicy noodles The bowl is small, but it's packed with noodles. Place bean sprouts on the bottom of the bowl and minced garlic on top. I had the impression that it would be more greasy and greasy, but it wasn't that much, it was more like spicy soy sauce Ramen. The noodles are straight, thin noodles that can be eaten in a crunchy manner. However, when I got carried away and slurped up the soup, I felt a tingling sensation typical of Szechuan Cuisine and a choking spiciness. When I looked closely, I saw that the original spice was in it. ◯Service: This is a type of restaurant that is mainly used by Chinese people in this area, but the menu and the staff's response make it seem like even Japanese people can use it without worrying too much. Especially in a shop like this, where people tend to respond curtly (not in a bad way), I was impressed with the staff who seemed to be humble and kind. There is also a wide selection of individual dishes, so there is no problem for personal use. Hot pot came out quickly, but both of the dishes I ordered this time took quite a while. ◯Atmosphere...It looks small from the outside, but once you go down to the basement and go inside, it's surprisingly spacious. Perhaps because it's a hotpot restaurant, each table is spacious. It's quite beautiful. ◯Cospa…The price is low. The portion was not small (just enough for one person) and I think the cost performance is not bad. ◯Overall...I didn't try the signature Hot pot, but I had the impression that the a la carte dishes were easy to order at a reasonable price and size, tasted good, and were easy to use.
