予約して訪問。平日の夜の時間。予約して20：30までという制限付きで入れた。

栄駅から10分くらい。
◾️席数・内観
席数は26席。カウンターに10名。松や竹という名称の個室テーブル席もあるようだ。今回はカウンターでいただいた。シンプルで洗練された内装。大将が真ん中でじっくりと串に向き合っている。
◾️スタッフ・サービス
必要十分な対応。サーブがとても早く、スタッフの動きがとてもよい。みんな坊主。

串のメニューはなく、おまかせのラインナップ。ストップをかけるまで順番に出てくるスタイル。

…珍しくハツから始まるラインナップ。今まで食べた焼き鳥の部位でもトップクラスでお気に入りの串が何本もあった。特にハツ、ねぎま、そり、ちょうちん、つくねあたりがお気に入り。間にちょくちょく美味しい一品料理も出てくるのでいい箸休めになる。

…山崎ハイボールが850円でいただける。結構頼まれていた。塩にもタレにも相性がよい。日本酒も好みに合わせて出してくれる。
