栄のど真ん中に２０２０年９月１８日にグランドオープンする「RAYARD Hisaya-odori Park」、名古屋の新たな観光資源としての“発信性”と、憩いの場としての“日常性”の両方を追求するという「"発信性"と"日常性"の追求」をコンセプトとした商業施設です。
コチラの施設には全国の有名店をはじめとする飲食店など約35店舗が入っているのですが、その中の一つである焼肉店「徳川苑」さんににお邪魔しました。店内は個室を中心にテーブル席などがありラグジュアリーな空間になっています。２０時に予約していきましたが多くのお客さんで賑わっていました。
今回いただいたのは１００００円のコース、キムチ盛り合わせにチョレギサラダ、名物 徳川苑カルビ、名物 徳川苑赤身ロース、ハラミ、塩タン厚切り、名物 神戸牛ホルモン、トリュフ香るユッケ寿司、名物 徳川苑テールスープ、白飯 ダイヤモンドライスといった内容です。
まずは塩タン厚切り、タン元の最高の部分ということ、その美しいと言えるほどのビジュアルは見ただけで最高ってことが分かります。実際に口にしても抵抗なく噛み切れるほどの柔らかさとタン特有の心地よい食感が同居していますね、最高クラスの牛タンです。
次に名物 徳川苑カルビ、名物 徳川苑赤身ロース、ハラミの盛り合わせ、カルビはカルビらしいしっかりした脂の甘みとともにお肉そのものの味も十分に味わえる絶妙なバランス、ロースも柔らかさとともに肉感もしっかり楽しめハラミもどっしりとした旨みがたまりません。
驚いたのはトリュフ香るユッケ寿司、トリュフは目の前で削ってくれるのですがその量がこれでもかってくらい大量、結構厚く削られていてチョットもったいないようにも感じられましたがそれだけにその香りはしっかり感じられて、もちろんお肉そのものもものすごく甘みがあってタレの味もご飯との相性バッチリでした。
ほかのホルモンやテールスープ、そしてご飯に至るまですべてにおいて満足度の高い内容でした。なかなか気軽に利用ってわけにはいかない価格帯ではありますが、味も雰囲気も申し分ないのでチョット贅沢したい時にはイイかもですね、ごちそうさまでした。
