そんな都市伝説みたいな言葉を信じて
行ってみたらほんとに24時間営業でした
まじ神
東京からやってきたと聞いて
さらには北京ダックが安いと聞いて
まぁとりあえず北京ダックと紹興酒！
という
いままでやったことないとりあえずをかましてみました
おーなんて飲み進まないんだ紹興酒
ペールいっぱいに氷もくれて
飲み進まないからコスパが良い
10年ものにしたが
何年物にしても飲み進まないんだろうな
日本酒の古酒とはまた違うクセ
北京ダックを待つ傍ら
2つほどフードを注文
前評判から
味には定評がないと聞いていたが
どれが美味しいかを探し出す楽しみを見いだして
今回はそこそこ当たりが引けた様な気がする
つまり及第点
なによりボリュームがあるから
なんでもいいんよもう！って時には悪くない

北京ダック登場
おお、目の前での切り分け
そしてさらにはそれをスープと炒め物にしてくれるとな
サービス的には素晴らしいんじゃないかね、ねぇ
だがその炒め物で前評判を思い出さされた
北京ダックのレモンソースは1番の曲者だ
どこで登場させていいのかわからず
たっぷり余った
酸っぱいのにカスタードの様な甘さもあって
もうよくわからない
あと北京ダックって皮だけじゃないの？
結構身がついてきます
