オープンしたばかりの様ですが、栄駅によく来るので
ほか用事がてら予約して寄ってみました。
空席そこそこありましたが、そのうち埋まって来そうな感じなので今来れて良かったかなと思います。
コースモ全体をとうしてにカナリまとまってるように感じたので
かなり良かったです。
ビルの3階にあるので、調べないと
分からないような立地にあります。
サービスはあまり気にしてませんが、コロナの影響かして2人でやっていました。シャンパンと赤ワインでいいやつ知れたので、どっかでまた見つけたら買いたい。（シャンパンはその日だけだったっぽい）
たまたま12までに来て良かったです
威圧感ないので居心地は結構いいです。ゆったりできます
1枚目 黒毛のリエットとタルト、赤海老
リエットにはさくらんぼのヴィネグレットと、エンドウの新芽がとても季節感あって素晴らしいです。
赤海老は言うことなし
2枚目、帆立とチキン
バランスが良い。前も書いたけどホタテは大好きなので嬉しいです。白子のコンディメントが大葉の香りが効いてうまい。テクスチャーのバランスも取れてると思いました。
3枚目 サバと野菜
野菜は初夏を意識したのか？
すこし夏感のあるあしらい。
臭みに敏感ですが、スモークされてて鯖に脂乗ってて
よかったです。
4枚目スープ 新じゃがいも
盛り付けが面白い。ランチはスープあった方が良い

4枚目 イサキとヴァンブラン
白ワインソースに焼きリゾットを崩すと、サフラン風味がいい感じにマッチする。新たまねぎが使われていて
季節感ゴリ押しな感じが、好きです。
5枚目 肉目当てなので、黒毛にして前菜調整してもらいました。7000円にしては黒毛の量がやり過ぎな感じがした（いい意味で）
赤ワインソースは今までで1番いい。
6枚目 苺
いちご感が強くて、かなり良かったです。
最後デザートで手を抜くところおおいので、最後ガッカリしないのが高評価です。
重苦しいコースはあまり好まないので、さっぱり繊細で
コース全体のメリハリ、バランスがかなり良かった。
黒毛なのでしかたないけど、コスパ的には黒毛の量を減らして、ほかに原価割いてたほうが良いかなと思った。
また栄駅寄る前に、事前に予約しようと思います。
