肩肘張らずにゆったり出来そうな空間。

人当たりの良いソムリエさんと爽やかなシェフ、お二人とも笑顔キラキラ好青年。
食材への火入れがかなり控えめ（鴨、イサキが半生？レア？）なものが多く、魚の皮等はパリッとが好みの私はもうちょっと最後のお仕上げを工夫してくれると嬉しいな。
盛り付けも美しく、丁寧に作られたお料理。こちら界隈にフレンチはなかなかないので頑張って欲しい。
