まぼろしタンやサーロインユッケ！すだくを味わい尽くす、すだく極みコースを予約して来店しました
なのに入店して直ぐ店員さんが、本日はまぼろしタンが無いので違うタンになりますって言って来ました、
いやいやまぼろしタンやサーロインユッケを食べたくてこちらのコースを予約してるのにと言うと
店員さんはスミマセン、タンだけ変更でお願いします、お値段はそのままで頂きますと
これ以上言ってもしょうがないのでそれを受け入れて食べましたがその件は少し納得いってません
全体的に肉質は良いのですが、トリミングが下手で硬い筋が残ってて残念でした
特に近江牛カルビはひどく筋が残ってました、味はおいしいのに筋が硬くて口から出しました
ハラミは硬い筋が無くおいしかったです
最初のゴタゴタと筋が無ければ気持ち良く食事出来たのに残念です。
美味しく頂きました、ごちそうさまでした。
