The matured female Nagoya Cochin does not have the hardness typical of local chicken, but has a fluffy texture and exquisite grilling, making it a restaurant where you can fully enjoy the chef's skill! I was able to enjoy everything from the appetizer to the finishing Ramen. For me, the liver mousse was delicious ^_^ Thank you for the meal.
