Visited Chinese restaurant Shin Hong Kong on the 5th floor of BINO Sakae for lunch. Ordered the dim sum lunch Huang Meika, which is the best value and recommended Dim sum course. It was a one-drink order system. Everything was delicious above average and the service was casual. I'm glad I noticed that the Xiaolongbao was lukewarm and small, and I would have liked a little more ginger in the sauce.When I looked at the souvenir paper on the table, they gave me 3 different types on a small plate for tasting. It was a great service.They said they might move to the Conrad Hotel, which is being built to the east of BINO Sakae, after it's completed, so I hope for further growth until then.
