名古屋市中区錦3丁目は、全国有数の繁華街！！
最近、全体的には、徐々にお賑わいを取り戻しつつあります。
入り口入って靴を下駄箱に入れ、左側の客席を見ながら、右に曲がり配膳台とカウンター席がある。カウンター席の後ろには、大人数も集客できるテーブル席があります。
掘り炬燵式
ウッドの板張り・ダウンライト・スポットライトがバランスよく配置されている。
厨房は男性・フロントは女性で構成されており、気さくな感じの対応
店内音楽はジャズが流れており、ボリュームは大きすぎず、しっかり会話ができるレベル。
かなり広めの店舗であるため、そのまま入店できる確率がある。
今回は、18時〜 1名参加でした。

サクサク衣に柔らかく・簡単に噛める・イカの旨味もしっかり
◉えび
若干のプリ、全体的にはかなり柔らかめで甘みも十分感じる・トリュフ塩も良い
◉アナゴ
肉厚があった・アナゴ自体の味も十分感じ取れる
味は弱めなので、あえてそのままか岩塩がその味を感じることできる
◉キス
歯応えはアナゴに類似、しっかり食べるとその甘味を感じる
アクセントとしては、個人的には金印わさび塩が変化が鋭くて好き
◉ヤングコーン
予想よりコリコリ感がない。柔らかく若干のコリコリ
思ったより味が強くておいしい 太めのところが旨味がマックス
◉なす
衣がサクッとしていて、中がジューシーでしっとりしている
素材自体の味が強いため、どの塩をかけても味は堪能できる。
◉ししうとう
肉厚十分のジャンボサイズ 味がかなり強い
どの塩をかけても味が強いので、塩のセレクトは特にない
【天汁と5種類の塩がポイント】
◉天汁 控えめ・若干甘め
◉トリュフ塩 香りが印象的塩はからめ
◉梅塩 綺麗なピンク かなりの微粒子 梅の辛さが塩に反映している
◉岩塩 若干荒め 辛さは若干の丸みあるからさ
◉金印わさび塩 緑色 口に入れるとわさびの香りと辛味が充満して、すぐに溶ける
◉抹茶塩 抹茶の香りが強く、塩の適度なからみの中に香りが抹茶広がる

サクサクきゅうりが心地よい軽快さ、梅クラゲ液状、荒削る鰹節若干の匂い
サクサクと梅クラゲのコリコリが好き
梅は辛すぎない
★天ぷらの盛り合わせを食べ始めたら、途中で梅きゅうりを食べるとほどよいアクセントとなり、また、天ぷらを更に美味しく頂ける。
★天ぷらは日本酒とのバランスが良いので、良質な日本酒も用意されている

天ぷら項目では、具体的に海老・穴子・烏賊・鰻・キス・帆立・ししゃもがその内容
その他、それぞれの項目に豊富なメニューが用意されている。
お刺身項目には、馬刺し赤身やお造り5種盛り合わせなどもある
19時頃にはほぼ満席になっていました。
平日の月曜日にしては、お客様の入りが良かったです。人気店ですね。
