【2022年10月下旬訪問 アーカイブ掲載】
同行訪問の途中、３０分程のタイムラグ発生
至近距離の場所に在った、此方の店にて待機
する為に入店。
店内は白木を基調とした綺麗な設えで先客は
４名。
メニューの最初に飛び込んで来たのはハーブ
の各種蘊蓄。
そう此処はハーブティの専門店だったのです。
どーもハーブティーは飲んでる気がしないし
微妙な味も判らないので困って次のページを
開くと、そこには紅茶のラインナップが掲載。
良かった、紅茶なら飲める＾＾；
とは言っても大して詳しくも無いので最上部
に記載されていたアールグレィをオーダー。
まぁ、ベルガモットピール入りは飲んだ事は
無いけどね。
暫くして運ばれて来たのは、焼き菓子と共に
砂時計が添えられたガラスポット。
３分待ったら出来上がり！
カップに注ぐと意外な程に色が濃い。
そして結構な香りがしてます。
一口飲んでみると予想以上に爽やかな飲み口
いやぁ、紅茶って久ぶりだね。
何だか気持ちが落ち着く感じがします。
一緒に出された焼き菓子も一口。
えーっ、砂糖等の甘味料が全く使われて無く
ホンマのプレーン。
と言うか味が無い！
やはり、オーガニックに私は付いて行けなさ
