休日のランチで、2021年6月にオープンした「Dookie’s Pizza」に行ってみた。
場所は、地下鉄名城線矢場町駅４出口より白川方面へ徒歩約4分、若宮大通沿いにある。
「ＰＩＺＺＡ」と書かれたでっかい看板が目印。
お店に入ると目の前に直径45cmもあるでっかいアメリカンサイズのピザがショーケースにずらりと並んでいて、この何を注文しようか悩んでいる時間が結構楽しい‼︎

ピザは丸々1枚でも、1 スライスでも注文出来る。
2階がゆったり寛げるイートインスペースが設けられていて、窓側のカウンター席とゆっくりくつろげるソファー席に、DJブースまである。

とろ〜んと溶けたチーズとホワイトソースがベースになった「SEAFOOD」は、トッピングがサーモン、舞茸、しめじにほうれん草と、当然のことながら相性抜群‼︎
1スライスで注文したけど、20cm以上の大きさでかなりの満足感がある‼︎

クリスピータイプのピザは、薄くても生地にもっちりとした食感があり、エッジ部分はパリッと香ばしく焼きあがっていて、めちゃくちゃ美味い‼︎
