北海道出張の際には必ず食べるラムラバーです。
成吉思汗のお店ってもっと増えていいと思うのですがなかなか増えないですね〜。
ラム肉の流通の問題とか色々あるのですかね？
名古屋ではなまらむーちょや鐵、蝦夷が有りますが、鐵はここのところずっと閉めている(閉店？)し蝦夷も閉店したらしい。。
なまらむーちょはいいけどすこーし遠いんだよな。。と思っていたところに栄にジンギスカンが出現です。焼肉やバーもやられているなんてこったさんの新店！
コロナ禍ではランチをやられていましたがとうとう夜の営業を始められたとの事で突入してきました。
お店はビルの6階、かに本家のビルの隣、みそ吟の上です。以前はホルモンREDかな？いい場所です。
お店自体はそんなに大きくもなく
カウンター席とかではなくテーブル席中心で仕切られていて落ち着いて楽しめます。
こちらのお店は松尾ジンギスカン等に代表されるタレ漬け込みのジンギスカンとだるまさんのようなシンプルな味なしのジンギスカンの両方を楽しめます。
野菜は豆苗でしょうか？珍しい。玉葱も入って、甘くていいですね
驚いたのはタレが2種類、ジンギスカンだれと野菜用のポン酢が提供されます。これは嬉しいサプライズ

赤身で少し薄めのカット、シンプルで美味しいです。
ロース749円
少し厚手でジューシーなラム肉です。塩もタレも頂きましたがこれは双方によさが有りますね。
ラムチョップ699円
こちらは香草焼でご提供してくれます
たっぷりの香草でマリネされておりとっても美味しいです。ジンギスカンとはまた違うラム肉の楽しさを感じる事が出来ます
ラムレバは私は牛レバをよりあっさりとしているので当たり外れがなく好きです
〆の麺が面白かったですね、つけ麺スタイルでほうじ茶と共に
これもぐっとタレにラムのの味わいが出て美味しいです。
3人でまぁまぁおなか一杯色々頂きましたが一人4,000円弱と大変コスパよく頂きました。
ジンギスカンは癖になる、、栄でこれだけ気楽に頂けるので今後も足が向きそうです。
