名古屋、錦3丁目の定番焼肉屋さんのすえもとさんに行って参りました。
移転されてからは実は初めて！！
とってもキレイでおしゃれになってましたよ（＾∇＾）
お肉大好きだから、焼肉のお誘いとっても嬉しいです！！
すえもとさんのお肉は本当に美しいです。
とってもいいお肉なので、もちろんタップリと脂は乗っているのですが
気持ち悪くなる感じではなく、お肉の味が濃くて美味しい(^^)
今回も色々といただきましたが、特に好きなのは特選ヒレ！！シャトーブリアンです。
100グラム5000円超えです。
贅沢すぎます。
レアに焼いていただくのはもちろん、よく焼きにしても柔らかくてとっても美味しい。
間違いない1品です。
個人的に大好きな特上塩タン(¥1980)、上ミノも欠かせません。
それから黒豚ソーセージ(¥770)が皮パリパリ、パリジューシーですごく美味しかった！！リピート決定です。
追加の大根おろし(¥330)もサッパリで、お肉がたくさん食べられます。おすすめ。
〆に石焼きビビンバも美味しかったけど、レモンの冷麺もサッパリして、個人的にはいい感じです。
次回もコレに決定。
全体的にレベル高くて、いいお肉を出してくださってる印象。錦価格ではあるけれど、とても美味しいです。
